Style Stars Past and Present

Style Star of the Year for 2010. Let's take a look back at who else has taken the top honor 
2007: Rihanna
Rihanna was named the first ever Style Star of the Year in 2007 -- and she's nabbed a spot on the list every year since. Not only does the pop star take plenty of fashion risks, but she dresses for her body type with ease, and inspires with her fierce style. In addition, the "Only Girl (In The World)" singer has lots of confidence, which is essential to pulling her unique looks off.  
2008: Beyonce
Beyonce Knowles took the cover and Style Star of the Year honors in 2008 because she creates fierce looks for her House of Dereon fashion line, and also steps out in looks that can only be described as vibrant, chic, and dramatic. Although Bey didn't make the list for 2010 (a first for the star), her style is still iconic year after year in its own right.  
2009: Miley Cyrus
In 2009, Miley Cyrus was crowned Style Star of the year. The teen queen proved she couldn't be tamed as she shed her Hannah Montana persona for A-list glamour. She added fashion designer to her resume when she launched a collection at Walmart, and dared to wear a blend of vintage and high fashion that her fans went wild over. So why didn't Miley make the cut in 2010? Mainly because she traded classy for sexy -- dancing onstage in barely there tanks and leather tops.  
2010: Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift was named 2010's Style Star of the Year. The country princess just never seems to disappoint with her sparkly look! While 2010 was Taylor's first time as the Style Star cover girl, it was her third year in a row making the list. That accomplishment is a testament to her ability to stay true to herself in everything she does -- even fashion!
